ABOUT THE TRAFFIC IN LONDON
My brother is a student. Last year he went to London. When he came to London, he thought something was wrong with the traffic. In London and in other towns of England the cars and buses go on the left side of the street, and not on the right. In Ukraine the cars and buses go on the right side of the street. When people in Ukraine want to cross the street, they must look first to the left and then to the right. But in England people must look first to the right and then to the left. All the buses in London have a conductor. People pay him the fare. The conductor gives them tickets and change. In Kyiv and in many towns in Ukraine we have conductors in buses, trolley-buses and trams as well.
